Credible Messenger Incubator Design Session

The Credible Messenger Incubator Design Session aims to address the capacity-building needs of grassroots organizations engaged in the vital and challenging work of mentoring youth at high risk for gun violence. This collaborative session brings together community members, stakeholders, and collaborators to identify key areas where capacity-building support is most needed for credible messengers and their organizations. Through a structured design process, participants will define critical challenges, empathize with stakeholders, and co-create a pilot incubator structure to support the professional development of credible messengers and the sustainability of their organizations. The goal is to build a tailored system that empowers credible messengers to thrive while delivering impactful mentoring services.
